THE ORPHANAGE

The Orphanage is a gated off place with three buildings. The first is the girls section, consisting of four floors. The next is the boys, this one having five floors. And the third building is the administrators building, where the faculty and owners live.

Board Description
THE OUTSKIRTS OF TOWN
The outskirts of town are were the poorest of The Capitol live. The houses are small and many of them need much repair, but the people living there have planted gardens to spruce up it up. At the very edge of the outskirts, at the farthest place from town sits the orphanage.
